All puppies have been vaccinated, dewormed and have received age appropriate vaccinations. Breeder will provide record to the buyer of all vaccinations and deworming. Upon arriving, should the puppy be found to have poor health of a serious nature, the breeder will provide the buyer with a replacement puppy from another litter OR a full refund of the purchase price of the puppy.Section 2 - Vet Checkup *Buyer is to arrange a check up by a qualified veterinarian within 2 business days of receiving the puppy. During this initial exam should a veterinarian detect a Genetic defect threatening the life of the dog, you must contact the seller immediately. We do this with only a two business day tine frame to have a point of reference as to the health of the dog. Unfortunately we cannot control how the dog is handled after it leaves our care. In the event your vet diagnosis a life threatening genetic defect at this initial exam, you must return the puppy within two days of the exam with the veterinary report of the diagnosis. The buyer is responsible for returning the puppy and all papers (registration, Shot record) to the seller. In case of death of the puppy before the initial exam, the buyer must submit a veterinarian’s necropsy report as to the cause of the death and death must be entirely due to a congenital defect. Necropsy’s are generally performed at your county agricultural center for a very small of around $40. Buyer shall notify breeder immediately in the event that the the puppy has an illness, or does not eat well before the initial vet exam. Failure to have the initial vet check done within two days or to notify breeder of illness or poor eating before the initial exam will void this warranty. Breeder shall NOT reimburse any veterinary expenses or other expenses incurred by the buyer at any time. Breeders warranty is limited to a replacement puppy, upon the immediate return (within 2 days of vet exam) of the puppy (uninjured and unharmed), its registration papers, and a written veterinarian statement that includes the complete diagnosis of the congenital life threatening defect. Not covered - internal or external parasites, hernia, undescended testicles, under or overbite, injury, allergies, heat exhaustion, or hypoglycemia.Section 3 - Health Guarantee *If your puppy is diagnosed with a life threatening hereditary defect, it will be replaced with one of equal value as soon as available, if the puppy dies within the first year of the puppy’s life starting at birth, after the puppy and all papers have been returned to breeder. Buyer is responsible for all transportation of puppies. Puppy must not be euthanized without prior written approval from the breeder or this guarantee is void. Text or email being considered acceptable written approval. Buyer understands that the following slight defects are not considered life threatening hereditary defect and therefore are not covered - hernia, parasites, undescended testicle, and under/over bites. Buyer understands that replacement option is only valid when health problems are attributed solely to a hereditary problem and are not due to accident or injury. In case of death, a necropsy will be required to determine if death is due to a hereditary genetic problem in order to have the puppy replaced. Sometimes in the case of necropsy, if there is not an obvious defect, further blood testing can be done. If Daisy’s Field Dogs wants these additional test’s, Daisy’s Field Dogs will pay for them to done. Failure to follow the veterinarians recommended medical advice and/or treatment while the dog is in the care of the buyer will void this guarantee. At any point, Daisy's Field Dogs may request access and full authorization for any vet care given, or vet diagnosis of any defect resulting in the request to replace the puppy. Daisy's Field dogs must get proof from a veterinarian of anything that the Buyer is claiming they have found to be wrong with the dog listed in this agreement, we do not take the clients word, we need to confirm that your dog was not injured at home with the veterinarian, and this will require the buyer to give full access to Daisy Winkelman to all vet records.Section 4 - Hip Disclosure *Daisy's Field Dogs will not guarantee hips. Hip dysplasia can be caused by many environmental factors. All appropriate health testing has been done to ensure a healthy pup with healthy joints. Pups are raised on the appropriate surface for traction as well. Daisy's Field Dogs has done what they can to prevent this to the best of Daisy's Field Dogs ability. Diet is also very important to ensure healthy joints in large breed dogs. Daisy's Field Dogs has taken all necessary precautions to produce a healthy puppy with healthy joints.Section 5 - Veterinary Diagnosis *Veterinarians can have different medical opinions. Because of this - Daisy's Field Dogs retains the right to pick a veterinarian of they’re choosing to examine the dog in case of any health issue arising including but not limited to the fulfillment of the health guarantee. If Daisy's Field Dogs requests that the dog be taken to a specific veterinarian - it will be at Daisy's Field Dogs Expense for the examination and any tests or procedures approved to be done by Daisy's Field Dogs. Before selecting another veterinarian to confirm diagnosis, Daisy's Field Dogs will require access to be authorized to Daisy Winkelman to confirm the original diagnosis.Section 6 -Shipping *If shipping has been approved by breeder, arrangements will be made between breeder and buyer. Puppy becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer once the breeder delivers the puppy to transport personnel and puppy is in their care, burden of delivery to owner is considered fulfilled.Section 7 -Fullfillment Of Health Guarantee *This health guarantee applies only to the original owner of the puppy listed in this contract as the Buyer. The Health Guarantee is not transferrable. In the event the guarantee is needed, the puppy/dog must be returned to Daisy's Field Dogs with any AKC papers. A refund will not be given in any situation, only a replacement puppy as soon as one of equal value can be given. Arrangements for a puppy of greater or lesser value must be done in agreement of both the buyer and seller. Shipping arrangements for an additional puppy are at the expense of the buyer, and return of a puppy to fulfill guarantee are at the expense of the buyer. Daisy's Field Dogs - may choose to refund the return shipping expense of a puppy if defect is to be found to be 100% hereditary and life threatening to the puppy, but its will be at the discretion of Daisy's Field Dogs.Section 8 -Burden Of Care *The buyer will assume any and all veterinarian cost and any other expenses that might be incurred in connection with my puppy and waive any cost whatsoever against Daisy's Field Dogs and its owners. I understand that full price is due when puppy is picked up or before puppy is delivered for flight.Section 9 -Agreement To Terms *Buyer agrees by signing below, to all the terms of this agreement included in sections 1-9. Under no circumstances will payment be stopped on any check, money order, cashiers check, or paypal payments which breeder has accepted for payment of puppy. There will be no paypal charge backs. This written agreement is a binding contract, and is the only expressed agreement between the buyer and the seller. I understand that I (buyer) will assume any and all veterinarian cost and any other expenses that might be incurred in connection with my puppy and waive any cost whatsoever against Daisy's Field Dogs and its owners. I understand that full price is due when puppy is picked up or before puppy is delivered for flight.
